Every employee knows that he or she can stop any task if the does not feel safe to complete.

Uthwalo trading (Pty) Ltd's safety policy includes SHE objectives and targets from risk assessments, a SHE safety plan, the awareness and promotion of SHE through morning toolbox talks, as well as the internal training of staff members on SOPs and PTOs daily.
